Solution: MYDIS developed a fully bespoke CRM and operations platform tailored specifically for CM Agriculture’s workflow. The system enabled streamlined management of incoming catching orders, team assignments, and on-site performance. Allowing the business to scale while maintaining full operational control. To further support compliance and workforce management, we integrated a custom time & attendance module with GPS and offline capture, ensuring reliable payroll and shift tracking even in poor signal areas. HR functionality was also embedded into the platform, including holiday requests, payroll support, uniform tracking, and internal audits. Allowing CM Agriculture to operate at the top of its game.
